HMS advised a Swiss FinTech company and its founder on the development and formulation of the corporate and growth strategy and then supported the company in growth financing with private and institutional investors.

The corporate strategy was developed and formulated together with the founder. Care was taken to ensure that the growth ambitions and the personnel and capital requirements derived from them were in line with the typical expectations of potential investors for a company in this development phase.

The company's investment case derived in this way was converted into a financial model by HMS, which formed the basis for an extensive investor presentation. Overall, the interests of the founder as the main shareholder were also taken into account.
